Quintette asks writers five quick questions. This week’s interview is with Téa Cooper!
Téa Cooper
1. What’s the name of your latest book – and how hard was it to pick a title?
Matilda’s Freedom is my latest book. The working title was Matilda’s Madness, mainly because I have a passion for alliteration, possibly more accurately described as a tic! Matilda’s Freedom is far more accurate!!
2. If you could choose anyone from any time period, who would you cast as the leads in your latest book?
Timothy Dalton (in Wuthering Heights) and Keira Knightley (in Pirates of the Caribbean) – not very original but it’s all about her hair!
3. What five words best describe your story?
Unconventional, traditional, sweet and spicy Australian romance (I can’t count!)
4. Who is your favourite fictional couple?
Kate and Petruchio in The Taming of the Shrew.
5. What song always makes you cry?
Dance me to the End of Love by Madeleine Peyroux (On the Careless Love Album).
About Téa:
