Enforcer’s Craving_PROOF1.     What’s the name of your latest book – and how hard was it to pick a title?

My latest book is Enforcer’s Craving and it took me ages to get the title. The working title was Chelsea’s Bargain but my editor, quite rightly, felt it was a bit generic. (I think that’s her polite way of saying it was boring). So I gave her another couple of titles and she didn’t love those either. So I went to the Ellora’s Cave website and looked at a whole heap of titles and wrote down the emotive words – rapture, captive, craving, claimed, torn blah blah blah. Then I brainstormed and when I was finished I pulled my top ten and sent them off to my editor. She came back with her favourite four, in order, and Enforcer’s Craving was born.

2.     If you could choose anyone from any time period, who would you cast as the leads in your latest book?

I’m bad at these. My characters always start from the inside, more about who they are what they are. All my heroes are big, muscly warrior-types so if I was looking for a physical comparison the closest I could get is the Rock in the Scorpian King (sans camel).

3.     What five words best describe your story?

Sexy, warriors, heartache, courage, dragons.

4.     Who is your favourite fictional couple?

Gosh, that depends on the day. One of my favourite romance films is ‘Only You’ with Marissa Tomey and Robert Downy Jr. As far as books go…that’s like asking me to pick my favourite child. Too hard.

5.     What song always makes you cry?

Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls. It’s an oldie but it never fails to fill my heart up.
